Creating a good ecology in a garden is very important in sustaining a balanced environment and helps reduce pests whilst increasing flowering potential and crop yields. This is not a complex thing to do either. I can asses the potential of your garden for increasing it's biodiversity and encouraging more wildlife in. Different species and styles of planting will appeal to may varieties of butterflies, moths, birds, bees & beetles (the ones that eat aphids and other pests!). Water, food and shelter are the three main elements all creatures need to survive so being able to provide any or all of these will increase the amount of wildlife in your garden. Introducing nest boxes, bird tables & feeders, nectar bars, bug houses, log piles, mini meadows, hedgehog ramps & houses are all ways in which habitat can be expanded in the garden.
